Inviting team members and managing roles
Manage who is on your workspace and control what they can access from the Team tab in Settings.
Who can do this
Inviting members, removing members, and changing roles requires Owner or Admin role. Transferring ownership requires Owner role only. Members can view the team list but cannot take any management actions.
The Team page
Go to Team from the user menu in the sidebar. Here you see all members in your workspace with their name, email, role, and join date.
Inviting a new member
Click Invite Member.
Enter their email address.
Select a role: Owner, Admin, or Member.
Click Send Invite.
They receive an email invitation to join your workspace.
Pending invitations are shown on the Team page until accepted.
Roles
Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
Owner | Full access. Manage billing, team, agents, settings. Transfer ownership. |
Admin | Manage agents, calls, campaigns, and team members. Cannot change billing. |
Member | View calls, transcripts, and contacts. Cannot modify agents or settings. |
Managing members
Change role: Click a member's role to change it. Only Owners can promote to Owner.
Remove member: Click Remove to revoke their access immediately.
Transfer ownership: Only the current Owner can transfer the Owner role to another member.
Organization billing contact
The Team page also shows the organization's billing contact, which is the email used for invoices and payment notifications.
