Integrations overview
Connect Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, HubSpot CRM, Square, and Clover to your VoiceCraft workspace from Settings.
Open Integrations
Click your avatar or name at the bottom of the sidebar to open the account menu. Select Settings, then click the Integrations tab.
Available integrations
Google Calendar
Purpose: Real-time appointment booking. Your agent checks Google Calendar availability during calls.
Setup: OAuth flow. Click
Connect, authorize in Google, and your calendar is linked.Used by: Agents with appointment booking enabled.
Microsoft Outlook
Purpose: Same as Google Calendar, for Microsoft 365 users.
Setup: OAuth flow through Microsoft. Click
Connectand authorize.Used by: Agents with appointment booking enabled.
HubSpot
Purpose: CRM sync. Calls are logged and contacts are created or updated in HubSpot automatically.
Setup: OAuth flow. Click
Connect, authorize in HubSpot.Used by: Agents with CRM Auto-Sync enabled in Behavior settings.
Shows: Connected account email and portal ID.
Status flags: Connected, or Needs Reconnect (if token expired).
Square
Purpose: POS catalog sync for voice commerce. Your agent reads your Square menu or product catalog to take orders.
Setup: Click
Connect Squareand complete the Square OAuth flow.Used by: Agents with ordering enabled.
Clover
Purpose: Same as Square, for Clover POS users.
Setup: Click
Connect Cloverand complete the Clover OAuth flow.Used by: Agents with ordering enabled.
Managing integrations
Each connected integration shows:
Connection status
Connected account details (email, portal ID)

Disconnectbutton to remove the integration
Disconnecting a calendar integration means your agent reverts to placeholder availability for bookings. Disconnecting HubSpot stops automatic call logging. Disconnecting Square or Clover stops catalog sync.
