Connecting Microsoft Outlook
Link your Microsoft 365 calendar so your agent can check real availability and book appointments for callers.
Who can do this
Connecting and disconnecting Microsoft Outlook requires Owner or Admin role. Members cannot manage integrations.
Setup steps
Go to Integrations from the user menu, or go to your agent's Appointments page.
Click Connect Microsoft Outlook.
You are redirected to the Microsoft consent screen.
Sign in with the Microsoft 365 account that has your business calendar.
Grant VoiceCraft permission to read and write calendar events.
You are redirected back to VoiceCraft. The integration shows as Connected with your email.
What VoiceCraft accesses
Read: Checks your Outlook calendar for available time slots when a caller wants to book.
Write: Creates calendar events when appointments are confirmed.
Disconnecting
Go to Integrations or your agent's Appointments page.
Click Disconnect next to Microsoft Outlook.
The integration is removed. Your agent can no longer check availability or create events.
Existing appointments already booked remain on your Outlook calendar.
Choosing between Google and Microsoft
You can connect either Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, depending on which calendar your business uses. The agent behaves the same way with both. You can switch at any time by disconnecting one and connecting the other.
