Notifications
VoiceCraft sends in-app, email, and SMS alerts when things happen across your agents. You control which events notify you and through which channels.
View your notifications
Click the bell icon in the top bar to open your notification feed. Each notification shows a title, a description, and how long ago it happened. Click any notification to go to the relevant page. To see your full notification history, click View all notifications at the bottom of the panel.
Set your preferences
Click the bell icon to open your notification feed, then click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the panel. The Notification Preferences sheet opens with a table of events grouped by category. For each event you can enable or disable:
App alerts (shown in the bell panel)
Email alerts (sent to your account email)
SMS alerts (requires a phone number saved in the sheet)
Events you can be notified about

Knowledge | Knowledge gaps detected |
Billing | Spend cap warning, Spend cap reached, Free minutes used up |
SMS notifications
To receive SMS alerts, add your mobile number in the Phone number for SMS alerts field at the top of the Notification Preferences sheet. Standard message rates from your carrier apply.
What to expect
In-app notifications appear immediately when an event occurs. Email delivery typically takes under a minute. SMS delivery depends on your carrier but is usually within seconds.
