The Orders page in the sidebar shows all voice-captured orders (visible when any agent has ordering enabled). The list updates in real time (every 5 seconds).
Order list columns
Order ID
Caller name/phone
Items ordered
Total amount
Date
Status
Order statuses
Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
Captured | Order taken during call, awaiting confirmation |
Confirmed | Order confirmed by your business |
Abandoned | No follow-up completed within the timeout window |
Order detail
Click an order to see:
Individual items with prices
Customer name and phone
Link to the call transcript where the order was captured
Actions: Confirm, Follow-up SMS
Abandoned order sweeper
VoiceCraft runs a background job that identifies abandoned orders (captured but never confirmed) and can trigger reminder notifications to your team.
